About the Company Our Client is a European based company, which develops and produces CNC-controlled high-speed multi-axes machining centers since the 1980’s. Typically, customers are from the aerospace industry, but also from the mould and tool production as well as from the general metal machining industry. All machining centers are designed flexible, that customers can machine materials from composite, aluminium, steel up to titanium. The Company acts globally and has its own subsidiaries worldwide with a comprehensive service portfolio and spare part centers. In Russia the Company operates through its local subsidiary, located in Novosibirsk and its branch office in Moscow. In order to strengthen and continuously improve the efficiency of its operations in Russia, the Company is now looking for a new Country Manager Russia. Position's Tasks and Responsibilities: The principal responsibilities and accountabilities of the Country Manager Russia could be summarized (but not limited to) as below: Overall responsibility in terms of targets for the Russian organisation (Achievement of set goals in accordance with the Managing Board and their specific executives). Ensuring the execution of services. Revenues and Costs. Output quantities. Transparent protection of interests in line with the headquarters. Proper cooperation with distributors. Client Acquisition (specified according to channels, segments or if required to particular regions or clients). Requirements: 35 - 55 y.o Appropriate university technical education (engineering). At least 7 years of professional experience and track record in competing company or comparable industry (technical service/customer service/guarantee granting) in Russia. Fluent in Russian and English. Employment Conditions: Successful candidate will be provided with a very attractive compensation package, including all the usual fringe benefits. |
