Job Description Area responsibilities: Western and Eastern Siberia region, cities: Novosobirsk, Tomsk, Omsk, Kemerovo, Altai, Krasnoyarsk, Irkutsk.. Localization: in Novosobirsk.
Description of position:
To achieve sales target , maximise the commercial opportunities and promote our products through implementation and management of commercial programmes with key decision makers like . Regional Health Care departments, Sanitary Inspectorate department, Corporative clients, medical insurance companies, private medical centers,.vaccines wholesalers, Establish the adequate scientific relationship with KOL’s and promote vaccines to specialists in epidemiology, sanitary inspections, infectionists, to differenciate our product and increase overall awareness.
Major Capabilities Capability to establish, organize and manage the coordinated work of vaccine distributor (-s), decision makers in regional healthcare departments / regional HC authorities; budget allocators and KOLs in order to achieve sales of vaccines into the system of regional tenders via the regional HC budgets; sales to corporative buyers, local hospitals and private vaccination centers
Commercial skills – sales to distributors; strong negotiations skills
Promotion of vaccines to KOL’s, specialists
Relationship building with decision makers, budget allocators; lobbying skills
Understanding of the system of financing of regional healthcare system, esp. in vaccines; decision making process regarding selection of certain type of products for purchasing
Own entrepreneurial spirit, capability to go to new place, start new territory, establish new contacts; easy relationship building
Capability of working alone in remote areas
Planning and analytical skills, segmentation, prioritization and targeting of areas and clients
Major Accountabilities: To manage market access, tenders, and orders to ensure supply to our end customers To generate product demand by promoting our vaccines to KOL and KDM - The implementation and management of commercial programs and agreements to maximise Company’s sales within the appropriate accounts.( Public and Private) - The identification & feedback of commercial threats & opportunities through vaccines market changes. - Communication of implications and impact of commercial programmes to all Company stakeholders including sales personnel, supply chain, marketing and finance??????. Collaboration with stakeholders when making changes to programmes. To maintain an updated customers file and to properly report the activity.
Minimum requirements Minimum requirements Education: Background medical or life-sciences is a plus
Experience: - Minimum of 2 years experience in pharma industry Specialty Care (oncology, transplantology, expensive medicines) selling specialities or Hospital , managing key accounts, preferable in vaccines sales environment. History of success / positive experience in regional market access, tender sales -Entrepreneurial sprit, self motivated, good communicator - A detailed understanding of the commercial principles underpinning the Vaccine market. - Experience managing accounts and corporative clients within the purchasing environment and the decision making structure of the environment within which they function. - Analytical mindset, structured thinking / easy planning – reporting; usage of EXCEL or other PC tools to plan / track / manage processes and report the results - English – intermediate level.
Other: - male better (traveling in remote areas) - Age 30-35 and > (need to deal with authorities)
